FAQS
-
A Giclée is a high-resolution, professional-grade printing process. It uses specialized archival-grade inks sprayed onto museum-quality paper. This ensures the colors remain vibrant and the textures deep for generations. It's the closest thing to the original.
-
To ensure the essence of the original artworks are captured at their best, each Giclée Print follows a rigorous production path.
The original pieces are scanned using a world-class Cruse scanner at 600 DPI. This captures every grain of the paper and the delicate texture of the pastel strokes.
I then personally fine-tune each digital file to ensure color accuracy, making sure the print remains as faithful to the original as possible.
My printing partner, a world-leader in fine art printing with over 20 years of expertise, handles the final stage using archival Giclée inks.
-
Your print is carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and further protected by an inner layer before being shipped in durable, reinforced mailing tubes (or flat-packed for smaller formats) to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Your print is then dispatched from my printing partner’s facilities in Dusseldorf, London or New York, depending on your destination. The entire process is 100% Carbon Neutral, from production to the final delivery at your doorstep.
We ship worldwide via tracked, insured courier services. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.
-
To ensure your fine art print arrives in the best condition possible and gives you the creative freedom to choose a frame that matches your personal interior, all prints are shipped unframed in protective, reinforced packaging. We do nonetheless recommend choosing a high-quality glass frame to preserve the texture of the archival-grade paper.

What if my print arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your print is damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered. Please take a few clear photos of the damaged packaging and the print, and contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a free replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund or exchange my print?
Because each piece is an "on-demand" Giclée print, custom-made specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is any issue with the print quality or damage during shipping, we will ensure it is resolved immediately with a replacement.

While both editions are produced using museum-grade Giclée printing on high-quality paper, the main difference lies in exclusivity, type of paper and certification.
The Limited Edition (The 55 Series) :
These are rare, collectible pieces. Only 55 prints of each artwork will be produced across all formats. They are printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper (310gsm) with a textured, pastel-like feel. Each limited print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity featuring a unique hologram security system and digital signature. This document guarantees the origin and the limited nature of your acquisition.
The Open Edition :
There is no limit to the number of prints. These editions are produced indefinitely based on demand. They are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper (308gsm), a beautiful smooth matte paper of gallery standard.
As there is no limit to the number of prints produced, Open Editions do not include a Certificate of Authenticity or individual numbering, but they do come though come with a digital thank-you note.
