This website is operated by Charlotte Mohns (Caïros). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the artist. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a fine art print, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artworks, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Charlotte Mohns.

• No Transfer of Rights: The purchase of a fine art print does not transfer any reproduction or commercial exploitation rights to the buyer.

• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the artwork or service without express written permission from the artist.

2. Products & Custom Orders

• Print-on-Demand: Each print is custom-made to order by our professional laboratory. Because of this personalized nature, all sales are final.

• Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors of our prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will perfectly match the final physical print.

• Limited Editions: If a print is part of a limited edition, no further copies will be produced once the edition is sold out.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped via our partner, The Print Space, and their designated carriers (e.g., DHL).

• Accuracy: You agree to provide a correct shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

• Customs: For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Returns & Replacement Policy

• Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at artbycairos@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the print. We will arrange a free replacement.

• No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong size.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Secure Payments: Transactions are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We never store your credit card information.

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Charlotte Mohns be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service or the purchase of products.
